2. Booking and Payment Policy

– All bookings must be made through our official communication channels: email or phone. Your booking will be secured once we receive a 30% deposit of the total package cost. The remaining balance must be cleared at least 30 days prior to your adventure.
– We offer flexible payment options, including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and secure online transactions. A receipt will be issued as proof of payment.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

– Cancellations made over 60 days before departure: 70% refund.
– Cancellations between 30 and 60 days: 50% refund.
– Cancellations within 30 days: Non-refundable.
– Refunds will be processed after deducting administrative and operational costs.

4. Flexibility and Itinerary Changes

Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. In rare instances of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety alerts, or natural disasters), we may need to adjust the itinerary. We will promptly communicate any changes and provide alternatives, including rescheduling or partial refunds when applicable.

5. Insurance and Liability

We highly recommend acquiring comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, accidents, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings. Jungle Jewels Expedition is not liable for unforeseen events beyond our control.

6. Visas, Health, and Safety

It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure compliance with visa requirements and health protocols, including vaccinations, as per Tanzanian law. Failure to meet these requirements may result in denied entry, for which we bear no responsibility.

7. Respect and Conduct

We value and respect the local communities and wildlife. As our guest, you are expected to maintain respectful conduct, adhere to local laws, and follow the guidance of our experienced safari leaders. Disruptive or unlawful behavior may result in the termination of your tour without compensation.

8. Personal Belongings and Safety Measures

While we strive to ensure a safe and secure environment, we cannot take responsibility for the loss or damage of personal items. Guests are encouraged to carry only essential belongings and secure valuables at all times.

9. Photography and Media Consent

We love capturing the magic of your safari! By participating, you consent to the use of photos and videos taken during your trip for promotional purposes. Should you prefer not to be featured, kindly inform us prior to the tour.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. We collect and protect your personal information as per Tanzanian data protection laws. The information collected will solely be used for service provision and marketing communications, with the assurance of confidentiality.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. In the unlikely event of a dispute, resolution will be sought through amicable negotiation or through the competent courts in Arusha.
